These terms govern access to and use of the Padel Grind mobile app and related services.
Padel Grind provides software tools for organising and participating in real-world padel leagues, seasons, fixtures, standings, player insights, and related communication. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app or related services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@padelgrind.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access.
League owners and admins are responsible for the leagues, seasons, player invitations, and operational decisions they manage through the app.
Joining and participating in a league or season on Padel Grind is free for players. Padel Grind does not charge players any participation, entry, or membership fees.
Players may request removal from a season before it starts. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for details.
League owners may purchase a Season Host Pass through the app. These purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Padel Grind does not collect or store payment card information. All billing, receipts, and purchase disputes are handled directly by Apple or Google.
Season Host Pass purchases unlock app functionality for that season only. They do not constitute a purchase of physical goods, digital subscriptions, or virtual currency. Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for further information.
Padel Grind Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional digital features in the app. Core league participation remains available without Premium.
Premium features may include advanced statistics, head-to-head insights, player trends, performance analytics, rivalries, and premium profile features. Premium features may change, improve, be renamed, or be expanded over time.
The iOS subscription is called Padel Grind Premium Monthly. It is an auto-renewable monthly subscription with the Apple product ID padel_grind_premium_monthly.
Padel Grind Premium renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is processed by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account, not directly by Padel Grind.
The subscription price is R19.99 per month in South Africa, or the localized App Store price shown to you before purchase. The displayed price may vary by country, currency, taxes, exchange rates, and App Store pricing rules.
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, but Premium access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
App Store subscription refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies. Padel Grind cannot directly issue refunds for Apple subscriptions.
If you have an active subscription, you can restore access inside the app using the Restore Purchases option.
Where applicable, use of the Padel Grind iOS app is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .
You may upload profile photos and, if you are a league owner, cover images for leagues and seasons. You may also send messages in league chat.
By uploading or submitting content you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Padel Grind a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful, offensive, or illegal.

The Padel Grind name, logo, app design, and all related software and content are the property of ROWETH (PTY) LTD. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our brand, trademarks, or intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We may update, improve, restrict, or remove parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or on this website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Padel Grind if you breach these terms, engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform, or if required by law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@padelgrind.co.za. Deletion of your account does not affect league or season records that others depend on, such as historical fixtures and standings.
To the extent permitted by law, Padel Grind and ROWETH (PTY) LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, league administration decisions, player disputes, in-app purchase outcomes, or third-party provider failures.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable South African law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
