Refunds & Cancellations
How season cancellations and in-app purchase refunds work on Padel Grind.

How payments work on Padel Grind
Padel Grind does not charge players to join or participate in a league season.
Participation is free for all players.
League owners may purchase a Season Host Pass through the app via an
in-app purchase (IAP). These purchases are processed entirely by
Apple App Store or Google Play — Padel Grind does not handle or store any payment
card information.
Season cancellation for players
If you want to be removed from a league season, you can submit a cancellation request
through the app. The league owner or admin reviews and decides whether to approve it.
Cancellations can only be requested while all of the following remain true:
- The season has not officially started.
- Match pairings have not yet been generated.
- The season has not already ended.
As players do not make payments to join a season, approved cancellation requests
result in removal from the season roster only — no financial refund applies.
In-app purchase refunds for league owners
Season Host Pass purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Padel Grind does not have the ability to issue refunds for in-app purchases directly.
To request a refund for a Season Host Pass purchase, contact the platform you purchased through:

Apple App Store: visit
reportaproblem.apple.com
and select the relevant purchase.

Google Play: visit the Google Play Help Centre and submit a
refund request within the eligible window (typically 48 hours of purchase).
Refund eligibility and processing timelines are governed by Apple's and Google's
respective refund policies, which may vary by region and circumstance.
