When do I start paying?
Your first season is completely free — no credit card required. From your second season onwards, you purchase a Season Host Pass through the app based on how many active players are enrolled that season.
What counts as an active player?
An active player is any player enrolled and confirmed in the season at the time of activation. Players who have declined or been removed before activation are not counted.
Can I change tiers between seasons?
Yes. Each season is activated independently. The tier is determined automatically based on your active player count at activation — you always pay the right price for your league's size.
Are there any hidden fees or commissions?
None. Padel Grind does not collect player participation fees, charge commissions, or facilitate payouts. The price shown is the total you pay to activate a season — nothing more.
How are purchases processed?
All purchases are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. Padel Grind never sees or stores your card details. Refunds are managed through the platform you purchased through.
What happens to my data if I stop using the app?
Your league stats, history, and records remain available as long as your account exists. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting support@padelgrind.co.za.
